4h agoA 32-year-old Elizabeth man was killed in a crash early Sunday morning on South White Horse Pike.
Officials say Michael Rouse was walking on the highway when he was struck by a pickup truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver has not been charged.
Police are investigating the incident.
