A Washington Township man was beaten to death while intruders held him and his three children captive inside their home.
Police say Juan Cuevas was beaten to death in front of his 19-year-old son after four men invaded the home and tied up the children. The son says that four black men in ski masks approached him in the driveway and demanded money. He says he was taken inside and tied up, as were his brother and sister when they arrived home two hours later.
Investigators say the four suspects fled in a white van. The children, who are now at a local hospital with their mother, managed to untie themselves and contact police.
