A man from Rhode Island has been accused of threatening an attack on the home stadium of the New England Patriots before this past Sunday’s game -- all because the team signed controversial wide receiver Antonio Brown.
Tobias Gray, 44, appeared Monday in a Massachusetts courtroom, wearing a New York Giants jersey.
Gray has been charged with threatening to commit a crime and uttering a terroristic threat.
His attorney says he didn't mean any harm and took the Facebook post down.
In the post, Gray expressed his displeasure of the team signing Brown.
He did not enter a plea.
