Long-term road work in Florham Park may very well affect your commute, possibly into October.
Utility work will be happening on Hanover Road near Columbia Turnpike that will affect residents, businesses and commuters, moving forward according to Florham Park officials.
Drivers should expect Hanover Road to be closed to northbound traffic between Columbia Turnpike and James Street, Monday through Friday, from about 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. for the next several weeks.
There will be no left turn permitted from Columbia Turnpike onto Hanover Road and all trucks traveling East on Columbia Turnpike will need to use James Street or Fernwood Road as their alternates.
Other vehicles may use Crescent Road but that is a 25 mph road. News 12 has learned that the speed limit will be strictly enforced.
