Sunset pictures will have to be taken from the boardwalk as locks remain in place along the one-mile beach at Jenkinson's Point Pleasant Beach.

News 12 New Jersey's Jim Murdoch is back along the boardwalk this morning one day after the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection put Jenkinson's on notice for violating public access regulations.

Jenkinson's has not commented on the ongoing matter.
