A law to ban smoking inside casinos in Atlantic City has stalled.

Union leaders, who represent workers at three casinos, have been pressuring lawmakers to move the bill forward. They say the union will even monitor and track who votes yes and no.

Casino workers have been trying to get smoking banned for the last three years.
