It comes as local homeowners filed a notice of dismissal with the Somerset County Superior Court.
News 12 previously reported that some residents filed the lawsuit after claiming noise from the batting cages, field lights and traffic is disturbing their lives.
The president of the youth baseball team says he's thrilled the suit is being dropped and thanked the community for supporting the club.
