A major police investigation is underway at a hotel in South Brunswick.
Few details have been confirmed about the situation. Authorities on the scene have been tight-lipped about what is going on.
News 12 crews saw investigators put down bullet markers in the parking lot of the MHO Inn & Suites off Route 1 in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick.
The area has been blocked off since around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
The New Jersey Office of the Attorney General is the lead on the investigation. But News 12 also saw officers from the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force, state troopers and sheriff’s officers on the scene.
