Lambertville left to clean up, rebuild following Ida's destructive floods

Two days after the remnants of Hurricane Ida, residents in Lambertville have been left to clean the streets from debris caused by immense flooding.

Two days after the remnants of Hurricane Ida, residents in Lambertville have been left to clean the streets from debris caused by immense flooding.
The fire chief says this storm will forever change the community and added that he's never seen anything like Ida's remnants in his over 30 years of service.
Many homes and businesses were completely destroyed.
First responders had to travel by boat on Cherry and Union streets to perform several rescues and the roads were completely flooded.
