Jurors deciding the fate of a man accused of killing his son ended the day without a verdict.
Christopher Gregor is accused of killing his 6-year-old son Corey Micciolo in 2021.
The jury got the case around 10 a.m. Thursday, but it did not take them long to ask Judge Guy Ryan to rewatch the video of Gregor putting his child on a treadmill.
Jurors crowded around a large monitor inside the courtroom to watch closely as Gregor appeared to increase the speed and kept putting Corey back on after he fell off numerous times. Gregor appears to bite the head of his son during the ordeal.
Jurors also requested to hear back testimony of Dr. Thomas Andrew - former chief medical examiner of New Hampshire who reviewed the findings of the Ocean County medical examiner. Andrew testified he concluded Corey died of blunt force trauma and internal trauma of the heart, lungs and liver.
Deliberations will resume Friday morning.
