Famed New York cheesecake bakery "Junior's" will soon move its operations across the Hudson River to New Jersey.
Most of the cakes and other baked goods carried by the eatery have been made in New York City for over 60 years. However, due to the high cost of rent at the Queens facility, Junior's owner is moving baking operations to Burlington.
The 100,000 square-foot facility will make over 1 million cheesecakes a year along the Delaware River.
The owner says the cakes will taste the same as they always did.
