The organization has fed thousands of people, and it all started with one woman.
It was Kathleen DiChiara's selfless vision back in 1975 that led to the food distribution enterprise the Community Food Bank is today.
A portrait of DiChiara was unveiled at the Hillside warehouse.
DiChiara died this year. Her family was there for the portrait unveiling.
