Kids getting ticketed in one New Jersey borough was a chance to make New Jersey proud.
Jamesburg police handed out tickets to children they spotted doing good deeds. Good activities included wearing a helmet while riding a bike, waving at police officers or just having fun.
The tickets were actually a coupon for a kid-sized ice cream, courtesy of Four Boys Ice Cream in Jamesburg.
