Jersey Proud: Cranford boy starts pop-up ice cream stand to benefit dog shelter

A boy from Cranford sold ice cream to benefit the Eleventh Hour Rescue animal shelter.

Meet 6-year-old Devin Rubinson. The Cranford boy opened a pop-up ice cream stand called “Devin’s Dips.” He sold ice cream sandwiches for $2 all to benefit Eleventh Hour Rescue, the dog rescue where the family adopted their own dog.
