8h agoSome students at Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft have come back from a trip to Montana that is making New Jersey proud.
Fourteen students went west to work with other students at De La Salle Blackfeet School.
This was a service project to tutor kids on an Indian reservation. One CBA student called the trip transcendent. Another said it led to a greater understanding of the tribe's culture and history.
All said it was a great experience as they got to see the world through the eyes of others, not too much younger than they are.
