A Brick seventh grader paid tribute to Saddle Brook Fire Capt. Basil Pizzuto by running a mile in his honor.
Pizzuto died two weeks ago from a heart attack after responding to an incident.
Morgan Blann took part in the Running for Heroes campaign -- a national effort to salute police and firemen who have died in the line of duty.
It's the sixth time Blann has run in honor for a first responder.
