The Bergen County Wildcats now have some amazing memories of this summer after winning the gold medal at the New Jersey Special Olympics last month in Ewing.

The team won the softball title at the event at the College of New Jersey.

As is tradition, Montvale police helped to award the medals.

The Wildcats said they're thankful to the athletic department at St. Joe's High School for allowing them to practice at the school.
