6ds agoIt will be an emotional week in Normandy, France as the 80th anniversary of D-Day comes up on Thursday.
Veterans arrived in Normandy on Monday. Forty-eight Americans who fought in World War II are there – including four New Jersey natives. Those veterans are Chet Kochan, of Elizabeth, Fred Nungesser, of Union City, John Wardell, of Point Pleasant Beach, and Bob Gibson, of Hampton.
