Jersey City police say that they have arrested the final two suspects in a brutal beating that apparently stemmed from a fender bender.
Danyisha Beverly was charged with rioting and robbery. Rasheed Reed was charged with criminal mischief and rioting. In all, six people have been charged in connection to the vicious beating.
Authorities say that the attack stemmed from an argument between the victim and another driver over whether to notify police following a fender bender. Video of the attack was posted on social media.
Police say that Reed is the suspect seen in the video jumping on the victim’s windshield, breaking it.
The 42-year-old victim was initially listed in critical condition and required a blood transfusion due to blood loss. He was released from the hospital the following day.
