Ice-T gets Hollywood Walk of Fame star
New Jersey’s own Ice-T had his name immortalized on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
In a video from Friday's ceremony - and just one day after his 65th birthday - Ice-T attended the ceremony with his family. Fellow rap star Chuck D and "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” co-star Mariska Hargitay were also in attendance.
Some Jersey background: The actor/rapper was born with the name Tracy Marrow in Newark. He lived in Summit until he was 13, and then he moved to Los Angeles to live with family because both his parents had passed away. He’s been living in New Jersey again for the past several years in Edgewater.
