The body of the boater who went missing in Ocean County waters was discovered Sunday afternoon.

Investigators say the Ocean County Medical Examiner's Office will be taking the body for a post-mortem examination as part of the investigation.
Jackson Township police said they received a call just before 2:30 p.m. Saturday about a capsized boat on Prospertown Lake. State police told News 12 that a 29-year-old male from Old Bridge overturned in a kayak.
Officials searched for him Saturday until it was suspended due to weather conditions and loss of daylight.
Jackson Township police say Jackson EMS and the Jackson Office of Emergency Management were also involved in the response.
