SmartAsset has come out with a list of the most affordable places to live in New Jersey.
According to the list, Yardville in Mercer County is the most affordable place to live in the state.
Browns Mills is number two on the list, followed by Crestwood Village, Twin Rivers and Ramtown.
The study weighs property taxes, homeowner insurance fees, and mortgage payments relative to income.
Ashland, Hamilton Square, Gloucester City, Greentree, and Berlin round out the top 10.
