Police identify victims of weekend Lakewood crash

Investigators have identified the scooter driver who was killed in a crash with a dump truck in Montclair on Monday.

They say 41-year-old Aaron Minkov, of Verona, was riding his scooter when it collided with the truck on Bloomfield Avenue.

Police say Minkov was pinned underneath.

The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is still investigating what happened.

No charges have been filed.
