Investigators: Homicide victim identified from 2020 incident

Jasmine Featherstone, 23, has been identified after her body was discovered on June 11, 2020, along the railroad tracks of the 300 block of Port Avenue.
An autopsy determined Featherstone’s death to be a homicide.
The investigation is still ongoing.
