A COVID-19 outbreak has been reported among students at Monmouth Regional High School in Tinton Falls, according to the school superintendent.
In a letter to parents, Superintendent Andrew Teeple said that the outbreak stems from a party. He also stated that parents are not willing to cooperate with contact tracing efforts.
Because of the lack of cooperation, Teeple says that he is suspending all in-person activities at the school for the time being.
Sports and activities will resume on April 2. In-person instruction will resume on April 19.
