State police are working to identify human remains discovered in Belleplain State Forest, Cape May County, about a week ago.
The remains were found inside a refrigerator and are believed to belong to a woman with two distinctive tattoos:
  • A koi fish tattoo on her right shoulder blade
  • A rose tattoo on her left ribs
Authorities have also released photos of a silver necklace and a yoga mat found at the scene. The police are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in the investigation.
