One year after Hurricane Irene battered New Jersey, residents in Howell say they're still suffering the aftereffects of the storm.
In Mariner's Cove along the banks of the Manasquan River, some residents say they're still not getting the help they need. Hurricane Irene caused the second bout of flooding within a week that hit at least seven homes on Mariner's Cove.
Several flood-damaged homes remain uninhabited, and one has even been condemned.
