Cleanup efforts are underway across Monmouth County after heavy rain triggered widespread flooding and damage.
Officials said parts of the county received between 3 and 6 inches of rain.
Among the locations impacted was Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune City. Hospital officials said flooding affected the trauma center and emergency department.
Despite the flooding, officials said patients were not impacted and the hospital continued normal operations.
Floodwaters also affected businesses and other buildings across the county as crews worked to assess damage and begin cleanup efforts.
Officials continue to monitor conditions as communities recover from the storm.
