New Jersey is being left out of a “Taco Tuesday” giveaway from Taco Bell.  

Taco Bell is having a free-for-all Tuesday, Sept. 12. The fast-food restaurant chain will foot the bill for Door Dash orders from local Mexican restaurants in celebration of the trademark of "Taco Tuesday" being over.  

However, the "Taco Tuesday" dispute is not over in New Jersey. It’s still owned by Gregory’s Restaurant & Bar in Somers Point. So, no free Door Dash tacos for anyone in the Garden State.

But, on the brighter side, on every Tuesday until then, Taco Bell is giving away a free Doritos Locos taco.
