New Jersey Transit leadership wants to hear from you.
The second “We are Listening” event was held Thursday night at the Trenton Transit Station.
It was hosted by the new customer advocate Franck Beaumin.
Beaumin was hired in October after the position had been vacant for four years. He represents the customer's voice before the New Jersey Transit Board.
“It's a great opportunity to collect feedback,” Beaumin said. “The No. 1 complaints are always reliability, delays.”
Beaumin is active on X and the NJ Transit website, where customers can leave suggestions or complaints. He says he can’t do his job without them.
“I really understand the frustrations out there, and I'm trying to explain to them that we're working on a lot of projects to improve the experience,” Beaumin said. “We don't want to make things to claim wins. We want to make things to make a difference for every customer in the long run.”
