Tonight's rain won't be the only thing keeping trick-or-treaters indoors in Wall Township.

A curfew for all minors is in effect between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.

The restrictions have been in place since Oct. 29, and will end Nov. 1.

No one under 18 is allowed to be on the streets during these hours unless accompanied by an adult or attending an event.

Parents could also face penalties if their children are found unaccompanied during the hours in question.
