A driver employed by New York City Mayor Bloomberg (R-NY) was carjacked in Bergen County Wednesday, according to police. The driver of the 2001 Lexus was in Hackensack to pick up the mayor?s housekeeper when the incident occurred. Hackensack Police Chief Ken Zisa says officers do not believe the driver was targeted because he works for Bloomberg. Zisa says he believes the incident was a case of someone being in the wrong place at the wrong time.Detectives are reviewing surveillance videotape from a business on Main Street, where the two suspects were believed to be walking before the carjacking incident. The chief says he hopes the tape can provide a better description of the individual. The car was found abandoned on the side of a road in Fairlawn. Bloomberg's employee was not seriously injured.
