Authorities hope tattoos will help them identify one of four women found dead in a ditch in Egg Harbor Township as the Guardian Angels call for justice.
Investigators say the victim has a red and black bulldog tattoo on the small of her back, a Playboy bunny inside a heart on her upper right shoulder and a faded tattoo that could read ?Volly,? ?Yolly? or ?Molly.? Another woman identified as 23-year-old Tracy Ann Roberts died of asphyxia, according to the medical examiner. Authorities say Kim Raffo, 35, was strangled to death. Raffo?s husband prayed at the site of a makeshift memorial for the mother of two who has also been identified as a prostitute. Officials also hope to identify the fourth victim.
Tests revealed the women died at different times. A task force is combing through DNA and other evidence. More than 12 Guardian Angels from New York and Philadelphia canvassed the Atlantic City area Sunday to help officials track down leads. They say the possibility of a serial killer preying on women needs to be taken seriously.
