A group of Bronx teenagers use role-play as a way to stop the violence. The organization Effective Alternative in Reconciliation Services teaches teens how to resolve conflict. The teen trainers act out situations, such as domestic violence incidents, and show other teens how to deal with them. Most of the teen trainers say they originally joined the program for the salary, but now many of them participate for free.
