Police say an Elmwood Park man was caught on tape for the second time in less than a month groping a woman while shopping.
The latest incident occurred Sunday at a dollar store on Broadway. Surveillance video from the store 99 Cent Dreams shows the man stalk and grope a 79-year-old woman.
Authorities believe the man is the same one caught on video Sept. 27 following and grabbing a 48-year-old woman at a Pathmark across the street.
Police have released the video and hope someone recognizes the groper before his attacks escalate and become more violent.
