A number of drive-thru events have been seen over the past couple of months. It's become a sign of support for anyone who can't have all of their friends and family together in one place for any kind celebration. Social distancing guidelines have to be in effect.
The order also allows nonessential businesses to reopen with curbside pickup and allows nonessential construction projects to resume.
