"We're here today because it's important to see first-hand the type of small businesses that will suffer when New York and the MTA stick it, not just to Jersey with the congestion tax, but to their very own New Yorkers."

Congestion pricing is set to go into effect next year. Drivers will have to pay $15 additional, in addition to current tolls to enter Lower Manhattan.

Gottheimer and Gov. Phil Murphy have threatened legal action if New York continues with its plans.
