Those in the market for a summer house at the Jersey Shore are in luck this year.

Realtors say there are a lot of properties still available to rent. According to realtor Julia Wagner, a high inventory of homes can mean better deals for renters. She says a lot of landlords have lowered their rents from last year.

Properties are available in every community along the Jersey Shore. Realtors say the weekly prices range from $700 to $15,000. Realtors add commissions and rents are negotiable in New Jersey. Some landlords have been known to cut prices for smaller groups, non-smokers and parties without pets.
