Friday marks 100 days since COVID-19 vaccinations began at University Hospital in Newark.

To date, New Jersey has administered 3.7 million doses of the three COVID-19 vaccines. There are now 1.3 million New Jersey residents who are fully vaccinated against the virus.

News 12 New Jersey spoke with University Hospital president and CEO Dr. Shereef Elnahal about the vaccination effort in the Garden State.
