Whether it?s freezing rain in the north or wind in the south, Wednesday?s storm has left its mark on the Garden State. The boardwalk in Manasquan was almost empty, except for a few people checking out the waves created by the strong winds. In the northern part of the state, freezing rain continued to fall and temperatures continued to drop Wednesday afternoon keeping most residents indoors. Click here for more on area road conditions.
