Formula shortage: Second shipment of baby formula arrives from Europe

The second emergency shipment of baby formula arrived Wednesday at Washington Dulles Airport in Virginia as part of Operation Fly Formula.
First Lady Jill Biden and U.S. Surgeon General Vivek H. Murthy were at the airport Wednesday afternoon to greet its arrival.
The delivery included 108,000 pounds of formula from Europe.
The new shipment was delivered to a facility in Pennsylvania before it's shipped out to stores across the county.
The first shipment of formula arrived in Indianapolis Sunday. That formula was distributed primarily to hospitals and home health care providers.
"We'll begin to see hopefully more supply in the next couple weeks, and over the course of several weeks,” said Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack. “We should see a lessening of the tremendous stress people have been feeling."
