Former Walmart employee faces prison time for bomb threat and arson

According to prosecutors, Salter made the bomb threat in December 2023 over a stolen employee radio.

Ethan Salter, 20, is set to face up to three years in prison after admitting to making a bomb threat at a Walmart store and lighting a home on fire weeks later.

According to prosecutors, Salter made the bomb threat in December 2023 over a stolen employee radio. He was arrested and released, only to be arrested again less than a month later for allegedly setting a fire inside a home in Little Egg Harbor, along with a man from Tuckerton.

Salter's sentencing is scheduled for June 13.
