Musician and former semifinalist on “The Voice” Brendan Fletcher will be performing a concert in New Jersey to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of New Jersey.
Fletcher, who is from Randolph, will perform at the Mayor Performing Arts Center in Morristown on June 14.
“The main thing is to be able to use my ability to help people,” he says.
Fletcher says that his opportunity on “The Voice” gave him the chance to help those who are suffering from cancer. He says that performing in his home state is also great.
"To put a face to the pain and suffering that these diseases cause, it resonates with you in a very poignant way,” he says.
Fletcher’s concert will feature some of his favorite covers as well as new material.
Ticket information can be found at the Mayor Performing Arts Center website.
LLS funds research and provides support for patients and their families living with a cancer diagnosis.
