A former Hamilton Township School District employee has been accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13.

Prosecutors say 34-year-old Darnell Williams was working for the district in February when he inappropriately touched a child in his care.

He was arrested on Thursday and is being held at the Atlantic County jail.
