Union County, a large sinkhole in hillside filling with water. It's a story that we have been following in that area. Our Amanda Lee joins us live from there right now, Amanda. Well, Kurt, I'm right here on Ramsey Avenue and that sinkhole is behind me. It's blocked off right now. It's under the route 78 overpass and it's been a major concern in this area for a while now and now that there's been some flooding and there's been heavy rain coming through this area. It's now even more of a concern. We got some drone video earlier seeing that rain that was on the pipes earlier that flooding, you can kind of see it. You can see the rain there. The concern though is that pipe is about 25 ft deep. And what the Councilwoman that we talked to today, what she told us was just that there's been a lot of pressure on that pipe already. So there's no telling what the rain and heavy flood waters could do the video we got earlier today. It was just this rain pouring throughout this section and not only are businesses in this area impacted by this I mean, this has been going on for months now and we've been talking to city officials about what they're going to do. We're still waiting to hear back on that. Obviously, this is a bigger issue than just today for now reporting live in Hillside Amanda Lee news. 12 New Jersey.
