Lawsuit: Flo Rida’s 6-year-old son in ICU, suffered serious injuries after falling from Jersey City apartment window

Rapper Flo Rida's 6-year-old son fell from the family’s fifth-floor apartment in Jersey City three weeks ago, according to the mother Alexis Adams who has filed a lawsuit.
The son’s injuries are serious, according to legal filings by the family attorney. The injuries include multiple pelvis fractures, left metatarsal fractures, grade three liver laceration, internal bleeding and collapsed lungs. The son is currently in an intensive care unit recovering from his injuries.
The 6-year-old’s father is rapper Tramar Lacel Dillard, also known as Flo Rida, according to legal filings.
Adams claims the building was equipped with "windows that posed a hazardous condition" allowing her son to fall onto the concrete pavement three weeks ago and leaving him with serious injuries.
"As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces,” Adams wrote in a written statement. “I am devastated, angry and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to willful negligence of our landlord and others involved In failing to take necessary safety measures.”
No official comment has been made yet by Flo Rida.
