3 arrested after Westchester police sting on sales to minors

A man wanted for violent incidents in both Massachusetts and Vermont was captured in Stamford Wednesday night.

Police had issued a call to be on the lookout for Mason Payne. They say Payne was wanted for a domestic assault and for dragging a state trooper during a traffic stop.

Payne was staying at the Red Carpet Inn, according to Stamford Police.

Officers say they recovered two guns during a search of the room after Payne was arrested.
