State of emergency declared in New Jersey as state could get up to 10 inches of of snow

An overnight fire has destroyed a home in Princeton.
The fire broke out at around 2 a.m. in a home on Riverside Drive.
Residents of the home were alerted to the fire by their barking dogs and were able to safely evacuate, according to fire officials. No one was injured.
At least two cars in the driveway were also destroyed in the blaze.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
