Federal documents reveal detainees escape route from Newark's Delaney Hall

U.S. Attorney Alina Habba announced the four individuals detained at Newark's Delaney Hall were each charged by separate complaint for escaping from ICE custody.
According to federal documents the four fled the facility by breaking through an aluminum second-story wall, dropping mattresses through the opening in the wall to provide a landing place on which to jump, and utilizing bed sheets to cover barbed wire in order to climb over the fence on Thursday, June 12.
Franklin Norberto Bautista Reyes, 20, of Honduras, Joan Sebastian Castaneda Lozada, 18, of Colombia, and Joel Enrrique Sandoval-Lopez, 22, of Honduras are back in custody.
Andres Felipe Pineda Mogollon, 25, of Colombia is still at large. The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for any information leading to his capture.
