A mobile home fire left a father and daughter injured Saturday afternoon in South Brunswick, according to authorities.

Officials say the flames erupted around 4:45 p.m. at the Beookside Mobile Home Park on Route 1.

Monmouth Junction, Kendall Park, and Kingston fire departments responded to the scene and extinguished the blaze.

The two victims were hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Fire officials have yet to confirm their condition.

The cause of the fire was not immediately clear.
